"Rebuilt a laptop, Reset internet on 3 computers and installed new router
After exasperating time with another well known company, James came to sort out our internet on our 3 computers. Router useless so new better router installed. All now OK and much faster. Sorted out viruses on one computer and installed new anti virus system. Completely rebuilt a laptop (in June 09) which had crashed and would not work at all. That has gone around the world and back and still fine. James has always been very good, come out on time and explained rates etc so no nasty surprises when one has to pay."
