Standard Hourly Rates for Onsite Support - Home or Business:

• Call-Out including 1 hour of service: £60.00
• Per additional 15 Minutes required: £15.00
• Remote Online Assistance per half hour: £30.00
• All Prices are Subject to VAT at 17.5%

Fixed Price PC and Network Support Options:

• Onsite Computer upgrade: £60.00
• Hard Drive data cleanse: £60.00
• Computer installation & setup: £80.00
• Virus & Spyware removal: £80.00
• Wireless Broadband Setup With 2 PC's: £80.00
• Operating system & drivers Install: £120.00
• Fixed Price Laptop Repair: £120.00 + Parts
• Fixed Price Desktop Repair: £120.00 + Parts
• Data Backup Less Than 10GB: £60.00
• 10.2" Netbook Screen Replacement: £170.00
• 15.4" Laptop Screen Replacement: £180.00
• 15.6" Laptop Screen Replacement: £180.00
• 17.0" Laptop Screen Replacement: £200.00
• All Prices are Subject to VAT at 17.5%

Please note that the above prices are for service only and exclude the cost of parts or software. We can advise you on the cost of parts and software and supply them to you if required. **For users in more remote areas and certain London areas a surcharge will be calculated and agreed upon before an Engineer call out takes place, this is typically no more than £20.00+VAT.
